TURNKEY SHOPFITTING
We deliver complete shopfitting solutions for single stores or large-scale rollouts. Whether it's a full fit-out or a simple revamp, our in-house teams manage every aspect of the project. Our turnkey service includes all construction, technical, and finishing work required for a retail or commercial environment.
Scope includes: flooring, partitions, electrical and lighting, plumbing, air-conditioning, sprinkler systems, ceilings, bulkheads, painting, shopfronts, and back-of-house installations.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our experienced project managers ensure every job runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. Each client is assigned a dedicated project lead who oversees planning, coordination, and delivery. We use modern management systems to keep communication clear and results consistent, from first brief to final sign-off.
Services include: turnkey coordination, timeline and cost control, on-site management, reporting, and client liaison.
DESIGN & PROTOTYPING
We translate your brand's concept into a build-ready solution. Our technical design team focuses on accuracy, compliance, and manufacturability, ensuring every element is engineered to spec. Our mock shop allows you to preview key components before production begins, keeping everything aligned with your merchandising standards.
Capabilities include: technical design, 3D rendering, prototyping, CAD drawings, and value engineering.
MANUFACTURING
Our Johannesburg facility spans 40,000m² and houses advanced CNC woodworking and metalwork capabilities. Everything is built in-house, ensuring quality control, cost-efficiency, and speed. With a skilled production team and scalable capacity, we handle everything from one-off items to high-volume national rollouts.
Disciplines include: joinery, metalwork, Perspex and plastics, glass, and in-house finishing (powder coating, plating, staining).
TECHNOLOGY
We’ve invested heavily in technology to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and speed. From CNC machinery to automated cutting systems, our production floor is built for high performance. Every detail is digitally mapped and aligned with client specifications, allowing for seamless reorders and rollout consistency.
Our tools include: CNC routers, laser cutters, panel saws, and integrated CAD-CAM software for end-to-end precision.
DELIVERY
With a national footprint and a fleet of over 90 vehicles, we manage logistics in-house to keep deliveries on schedule. Our shopfitting teams operate throughout South Africa and neighbouring territories, completing installations with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency, even at scale.
Logistics include: cross-border transport, scheduled deliveries, on-site installation, and ongoing rollout support.
