Running a fully integrated CNC Plant, Pan African has the ability to complete large scale projects with in short lead times.
METAL
Investing in state of the art machinery to meet all your sheet metal & tubular requirements – offering Laser cutting, Spot welding, Cnc punching, bending and welding. Focusing on mild steel fixtures & fittings – standard systems as well as specialized bespoke systems. Light & heavy duty systems complemented with all universal hardware and accessories.
GLASS
We import Perspex / Plexiglass direct and are able to cut, form and bend the products to meet your needs. We stock a large variety of glass and have the expertise and machinery to sandblast, acid etch and UV bond glass to create showcases and more.
FINISHING
In house fully automated electro-plating plant – Bright & Satin chrome and Satin Nickel. Powder coating plant – 4 express booths, 8m batch oven. Anodizing – Aluminum. Wet Paint Plant – Timber finishing – High Gloss Duco, Industrial Lacquer , 2k. Solid surfacing – approved surrinno agents and stockists Timbers, Veneers, Formicas, Abs plastics and laminates
