All elements are retained on our extensive data base for future implementation and consistency, Steel Sheet Metal Fabrication With the aid of the latest AutoCAD / Solidworks design software together with AP100 we turn concepts into reality using our state of the art AMADA CNC machinery. Our cutting edge facility consist of, 1 x Fiber Optic 2KW Laser, LCG 3015 AJ 1 x CO2 4KW Laser, FO M2 3015 NT 1 x Punch Press, AE 2510 NT 2 x Press Brakes, HDS1303 NT With the aid of these premium machines we can ensure maximum output without compromising quality. We can process mild, spring, stainless and galvanized steel as well as aluminium, copper and brass with thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 30mm.Using AMADA BAR coding software and scanners, setup times are reduced and productivity increased.
